Terrible Experience with VW Brand

I have been with VW for 10years as a customer but of lately I have been offered minimal effort to understand or resolve my issue, every time my car is from service there are issues with the car either strange vibrations at high speed (110km/h+) or malfunctioning sunroof. instead of them doing due diligent in investigating the problem they will however give vague or incomplete answers instead. In most cases i was met with defensiveness and indifferences. As a customer i expect a certain level of respect, transparency and efficiency from such a reputable brand, unfortunately this experience did not meet those expectations.
