Technicians that can't diagnose

They need better mechanics/technicians

My car went in with one issue and came out with another.

It has a loud rattling noise in the engine now. A deaf person could hear it, but the technician can't. My car is still on maintenance plan, maybe that is why he didn't want to do more work and figure out what the noise is. Absolutely pathetic workmanship.

These are the technicians at South Coast VW. They need some training, or do they purposely rush jobs and do the bare minimum.

The service from SC vw was excellent, the only issue is with their technicians. I don't think they know much about diagnosing. Please send them help from Durban, which is where will be forced to turn to.
