Tavcor VW sells accident damaged cars

We bought a VW transporter from Tavcor VW PE.<br> The vehicle in question was their old parts vehicle so fully owned by them from day 1.<br> At no stage was any accident damage disclosed to us on the sale.<br> A few months later someone pointed out to me that it had paint runs and other body issues.<br> We raised this with them.<br> They then admitted it was badly damaged and repaired.<br> They then repaired it again and it was as badly repaired.<br> We then escalated this as non due to the nature of our usage we fully customize the vehicle.<br> It subsequently came out the other side of the vehicle was also damaged.<br> <br> Todate Tavcor ignore all emails, they have not made right the damage nor compensated for their failure to disclose the known accident damage.<br> If we had known of te accident damage we would never have bought it.<br> <br> We bought from what we thought was a reputable company, Be warned they lie like the rest. There is no excuse of not disclosing accident damage on a vehicle owned by yourselves<br> Whats worse is ignoring your customer and refusing to fix the issue, leaves a bad taste in ones mouth.<br> <br> They even ignore communications from lawyers, they know the man in the street cant fight them cost wise.
