Take no Responsibility !

Bad service and no responsibility ! I took my Amarok in for a timing belt and after I pick up the car we drove vor 17km when we heard a noise in the engine, we took it back and after they strip & diagnosing they found the Injectors as fault . I arrange to pick up the car at Vryheid and bring it back to Pongola . When I open the bonnet I found the timing belt damage and waterpump broken ??? They did not need to strip the timing belt and waterpump to get to the Injectors and it looks like they strip my car for parts while the car was standing there. I call them and report this to them , they in return promise me to replace the parts and to fix the injectors at cost because of my inconvenience I had with them . I send the vehicle back were they deny any promises and send me a quote of R22000.00 ?? Now I need to get the car back to Pongola and repair the parts they broke on my cost and pay for the Towing of a total of R9843.00 ??? The car timing belt and water pump was fine when it left their workshop the first time!! They mess with their customers and dont care !! ???
