Suspension Problems - Brand New Car

This is my second complaint for McCarthy VW Parow and Volkswagen SA due to putrid service parts and customer service. This is the second time that my brand new 2015 Volkswagen Golf 7 GTI has gone into the McCarthy VW Parow dealership workshop for repairs. This car has officially malfunctioned twice this year. To start with, the staff at the dealership nor at Volkswagen SA seem to very helpful or accommodating. They make all these beautiful promises to seem as if they are solving the issue but in actually fact they just place a dummy in your mouth in order to get you off the line as quickly as possible. They have inspected this car for a second time this year and have admitted to the same problem resurfacing yet they still want to hand this broken car back to me until further notice. No courtesy car, no nothing!!! All they say is sorry, we are trying, and we are waiting for feedback. No Solutions at all. I was told outright that by Lynne (The PA to the director) in a very stroppy tone that VW doesn't have a return policy. Warranties they boast, good service they boast. Yeah right. I should've listened to my friends and bought a Mercedes or BMW with my R465 000.
