Super Bad Service

<p>Took my vehicle for a service and now there's a noise when i brake. Called Palesa at Soweto Vw and she promised to come back to me after discussing with Mzobe the manager. I'm still waiting to date. Contacted this service centre again today and was told Palesa is busy,left a detailed message asking her to contact me back which ahsn't happen either. This is the worst service one can get,now i have to drive 1000 k's to and back with a faulty brake pad or whatever that is causing the noise. This is the same Palesa who gave me a loan vehicle last time and my cd got stuck inside and she just said it cannot come out. Wow,you outdid yourself Soweto Vw. Well done</p>
