Sunroof Repairs while car is still under warranty

broken heart on service received from the sales manager at VW Soweto, Goodwill Mzo. i purchased the vehicle on 30 September 2014 Demo car mileage was less than 30 000km. The car is now on 79000 kms. On 16.11.2015 while driving from work the sunroof burst and cracked. i pulled over. went to VW soweto to get a quotation they asked me for the mileage and which year i bought the car, when i responded i was told that the car is still under warranty therefore it will be covered. From the spare shop i then went to the service department to book it in for repairs and the lady at the reception said it is not covered under warranty. the next day i called VWSA and i was asked the same questions upon me responding i was told that the car is still under warranty and i must take it to any VW dealership for repairs. thursday i took it to Kempton Park and i was advised that they can only accomodate me in Jan as they are fully booked. They called Eastrand mall and they have space for wednesday and i told them i could not wait due to the weather. They then called VW Soweto,i dropped the vehicle for repairs but was not given a courtesy car and todate the car is still not fixed and no courtesy car :-(
