Sudden problems after I took my car for a checkup

I took my car to VW on Sep 11 2015 for a 80point checkup just to find out if any things wrong with my car. I fetch my car a few hours later, all of a sudden my car doesn't start, I get them to start it and they say that my radiator needs to be replaced. Since that day, I have had to take my battery terminal off my car every time I park my car, as the fan suddenly starts overworking thus draining my battery dead. And there was is a oil leak in my engine, I never had these problems before I checked the car in. My problem is that I never had these problems before, and now all of a sudden the ca doesn't start, radiator works overtime. I am incurring so much costs and time and effort which I also have had to take time off work. I have bought a new radiator fan switch, and now my radiator fan is not working at all, so I have to buy a new radiator fan. Makes no sense how I go for a simple checkup and car does not even start from the dealership, and I have problems I have never ever had before. This puts a very bad name and impression on Volkswagen as a brand, this is not service and does not make sense!
