Stuck tire

I feel it doesn't deserve even 1 star. It's 11:56Pm we are stuck in the middle of nowhere because of a stuck tire. I am so disappointed. Our lives are at risk because of the stuck tire. We did everything we could with no luck. I even called 3 of my brothers who drives the same Polo Vivo 2019 asking for help to my surprise they said they experienced the same with the back tires, we checked on YouTube still we didn't win, as a lady I don't think I feel safe driving VW car because of what I just experienced. To polo drivers just to be safe please go back to VW and ask them to remove the tire and put them back because this can put your lives in danger. I am angry and not happy. Vw please please you are putting your customers lives in danger honestly
