STOP RECOMMENDING MIX-TELEMATICS TRACKER To your customers!!!!!!!!

Can I Urge VW SA to STOP recommending their customers to use Mix Telamatics Tracker because there are alot of surprises, will you please explain to your customers what the contract entails. customers are put on a contract of 36 Months without their knowledge, and when they terminate their contract they need to pay crazy amounts.
