still waiting for report

My car was towed after it could not start. It was diagnosed and I was told that the head gasket has blown. My car was is under warranty but they told me it cannot be covered because my car was involved in an accident before.<br> <br> I made a claim to my insurance and they requested a report from VW. For the past weeks we have been waiting for the report from VW even now neither I nor my insurance have received the report. Last week Thursday my insurance assessor was told that the report will be available by Tuesday the 7th however the promise was never kept. I went to VW today and still the report was not available.<br> <br> I work in a secluded area and I use the car to get to work and also I have been paying for a car that I don't have for the past two months.
