Still waiting for my car

I have a 2009 VW Jetta 1.9tdi. It developed a starting problem when cold. The car went to VW Vredenburg at the end of October. It is still there. The service provider they use to fix the ECU is giving them the run-around. Can they maybe expand their service providers? I was thinking of buying a VW as my next car but I think not!
