Still waiting for a quote - Pathetic Service

I recently went to a Volkswagen dealership at The Glen in Johannesburg to get a quote to trade my vehicle in for a new one. After my car was evaluated I was informed that I would get a quote. However, its been more than 2 weeks and I still haven't received a quote form this dealer nor has the salesperson even contacted me. <br> <br> I even went back to the dealer a week later to speak to the salesperson that initially helped me however he already left work. Therefore I left my details with another salesperson and was told that he would contact me and still didn't receive any feedback from them.<br> <br> This kind of service by this dealer is completely unacceptable. As a first time VW buyer how do you expect someone to purchase a VW vehicle with this type of service? It can only mean that they have a don't care attitude towards their potential customers.<br> <br> I went to a few other VW dealers and they were very helpful unlike the dealership at The Glen.<br>
