taking your car for a service should be a feel good experience for ones car but discovering that something was ****** makes it so bitter. VW cannot be held responsible for any valuables in the car actually means that its okay for things to go missing in ones car...VW being this MAJOR car dealership says that they wont be able to do anything about the missing item but i should pop in @ claremont VW so that they(MANAGER TREVOR) can replace my ****** item with a water bottle...yip a water bottle. this so that i can enjoy all the pleasures that a water bottle can bring to a persons life. for this im so greatful....NOT. please please know that when MY CAR OR ANYONE ELSE'S CAR IS IN YOUR (vw) HANDS...YOU(vw) ARE REPONSIBLE FOR IT. so damn happy my engine was still in the car when i left cause i surely dont need 2water bottles.
