***STAY FAR AWAY FROM WEISSE VW***

I'm totally disgusted in V.W as a whole now - I have no trust what so ever in them now and i want to spread the word to many!!! Pathetic leadership skills from Service Consultant (CLIVE ) The last time i took in my vehicle for a noise issue that was coming from the back passenger door my two left hand side (back & front) tyres were ****** from my car and replaced by second hand tryes. I laid a complaint and was advised by CLIVE that he is looking into the matter and will get back to me, Up until to date i have NOT received any feedback or apology. Is this fair on me as a customer??? My car is due for service now and I don't know if its ever safe for me to take it in for service or any of my friends and family members. How does one lay such a complaint and not get any response? MY LOVE & TRUST FOR V.W HAS GONE FROM 100 - 0 and I'm going to ensure that i spread the word to all. How much does it cost to get someone to apologize and advise on outcome of my complaint? I am now going to address an email to V.W CEO Matthias M?ller, maybe he will attend to the matter in a more professional & appropriate manner. NO INTEGRITY & STEWARDSHIP WHAT SO EVER!!!
