Stay Away From Balito VW

My experience at Balito VW has to be one of the worst experiences a person could go through... I purchased a vehicle polo vivo 2016 model from them in February 2017 which had issues and i sent it back for them to be sorted . When i received the vehicle these issues were not resolved. They agreed to exchange the vehicle for me. I then received another polo vivo 2016 model with around 28k mileage. This vehicle has gone back to vw for more than 5 times with the amount of issues it has and yet to be sorted. They give you continuous excuses as to why they cannot sort them out . I have gone back and forth trying to get these issues resolved , i am now tired of their service and have given up trying to get assistance. I would never refer anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership as they sell on quantity and not quality. VW South Africa should consider closing this branch down. For anyone looking to buy a vehicle please dont waste your time at this dealership.
