Starter not fixed after waiting an week

08/02/2016 i phone Vw to come and get my car to change the starter that was not working at all. They came to fetch it and by 4 o clock in the afternoon i went to Vw to hear what is going on. I asked the man at the service counter he told me that my car was done. I walked up to my kar and it was still dirty and still not starting. So they told me they changed to bolts on the steering rack. I then caled an technician to look at my car when he attempted to start it he told them that the starter is not working. They said my car would be right by the next day. I asked for an car to use because I'm on standby and i have to get to work. They did not help me. By the 11/02)16 they told me my car was done. My car did start when i left there. But when i got home and wanted to drive again it wasn't starting any more i told them it wasn't right. They said i have to bring it back. But again refused to help me with an car to use as i was still on standby. paying a man a R100 a day to get to work and back and this isnt the first time i got bad service.this is also the second time my car was there but they couldn't even wash it. And the second time my car wasn't fixed when they said its done
