Spotters fee

A Sales Consultant from VW Constantia Kloof Roodepoort Steven Dlepu gave me his business card to find him "buyers " and there is a "Spotters fee" due to me if I get him 1. I got him a customer and the sale went through but he never kept to his end of bargain. He ask me to send him the banking details and he filled the applications form on my behalf.
