SOLD AN FACTORY FAULT VW CROSS POLO 2014 TO US

The head of the car was replaced due to an factory fault, and since the head was replaced the car don't drive the same.Suspension Problems - We realised that there was something wrong with the suspension when we took the car for 2 new front tyres at TWT canal walk. They told us in order for them to put the wheel alignment in they have to do some modifications to the suspension, and there we got suspicious ,that on a new car they need to do modifications to get the wheel alignment right.We contacted VW Paarl ad informed them about the suspension problem and they said we must bring the car in so they can have a look so they told us they fixed the problem and gave us an report to confirm that the problem is solved.A while later we went to go fit two new rear tyres and the alignment technician picked up between the front strut & hub its bend, and that the back of the suspension is even worse.In this sort while we had 2 sets of new tyres due to the suspension problem and wheel alignment that's out causing the tyres to worn-off quickly.Vw paarl also told us to rate them good then they will give us a full tank of petrol,carol of vw sa also said she will look into the matter and never did
