SMOKE ALL CUSTOMERS

So I am highly ****ed off with the above mentioned dealer.

In December we took our vehichle in for a service and this was a small service as it only cost just under R2000, however when we got our car back the car had no power and would not go at the speed it did before it went in and we were told the ogygen sensor needs to be replaced. So we enquired what it would cost for the repair of this it totaled to an amount over just R6000. We then refused to have this done and advised the service consultant that we want our car back the same way it went in.She told us to bring the car back when their computer guy is in and he will have a look at this.We then got the car back and it was driving again the way it did before, 7months later we still driving the car and that problem has not re-surfaced. So now we had to take the car in for another service, this time a bigger service than the previous one. All good this totals to just over R7000 but not without an additional issue. we are advised that the sump needs to be re-coiled with an additional cost of R600. We go ahead with this and we were to get our car back on the Saturday. We receive a call at 11.35 advising us that the guys that need to repair the sump has not showed up and that they were closing at 12pm, we should leave the car there till monday so that they can do a proper job, i advise that we need the car, we are offered a loan car but due to the time we were unable to get the loan car.Our car is eventually returned to us on the Monday. Drove the car for the week and noticed a big oil stain in our driver over the weekend. We called the service consultant on the following Monday and advised that the car has as=n exsessive oil leak. She says we should return the car asap, which i do the very same day. We return to her at the end of our work day that Monday to find out what is the cause of the leak and they say they dont see the leak but as we get closer to where the car was jacked up there is oil drops and we are told by the technician says it looks like it is coming from a ***** by the sump. The service provider says we should leave the car and they will check where the leak is coming from but says they never removed the sump as to indicate its not their fault. So Tuesday we go in still no feedback on the car but we are given a loan car with an empty tank to use in the mean time. Wesnesday is a holiday and Thursday comes still nothing from VW as to what is wrong with our car. So towards the end of the day i enquire and i am eventually given a call only to be told they are still awaiting feedback from the technician. So comes Friday a full week after the car has been there, we are informed that there is a repair cost of over R8000 and additional repairs to the same sump that was already repaired and paid for. So i want to know how do they get this right, when your car is quite fine going in no oil leaks or anything and comes out of a service with additional damages to almost R10 000!!!! Does VW think people has random cash laying around that can be smoked out by them??? Heavily disappointed for a brand i love so much. SHOCKED FOR DAYS.
