Slow service

I sent my car for a service at South Coast VW Margate at around 7:15, i wasted the entire day waiting and thinking my car is worked on, only to find out mid day that they are saying "the insuring company delayed giving them authorisation". when i checked with the insuring company (LiquidCapital) they said that it a lie they issued authorisation earlier around 11:20 in the morning. I am really angry and i very feel disappointed with the level of service i received.
