Shocks came off immediately after service.

I took my vehicle in for service on the 27th of March and I gave special instruction to Khensani to have the vehicle lifted and checked underneath as they was a knocking sound coming from there. When I came back in the afternoon I was told that Everything was done and the Vehicle was lifted and the knock was sorted. Paid, got into the car and as I was driving off that sound was still on. I pulled over immediately looked under the car only to discover that the bolt that holds the rear shock absorber in missing a nut and the shock has come off. I called the manager and showed him. He apologised and explained that that bolt has to be ordered and he will order it first thing on Monday and give me a call as soon as he gets it. That was on the 27th of March and today is the 3 of June. Still nothing from him. I was prepared to let it go if they followed it up and sorted it. But to risk my life then lie to me, take my money and disappear? This was the second time I had serviced in this dealership and both times the vehicle was not washed properly. I have a chip on my windscreen that I asked them to check and they said they don't do that. we have a Toyota that we service at Imper, Exl serv.
