Shocking Service and Lack of Accountability – VW Mokopane & VW SA (Case No. ***0)

I took my vehicle to VW Mokopane for inspection due to a strange noise. Upon collection, the car was leaking engine oil — damage that was not present when it was fetched from me.

I reported this to VW South Africa under Case No. ***0, but after weeks of no feedback or resolution, my car remains unrepaired, and I’m suffering financial losses as I rely on my vehicle for work in a remote area.

This is unacceptable service from a trusted brand. I’m escalating this issue to MIOSA and the National Consumer Commission.
