shocking service

<p>i took my car for a service on sa****ay as my lights and breaks needed to be attended to. i have been servicing my car at VW soweto ever since i bought my car in 2011 and since then i have been more than happy with the service i received from the dealer. But this sa****ay i was shocked for days. As i was driving, i heard a noise coming from the back. i tried to figure out the noise and couldnt make out what it was. later on that day as i was preparing to go out, i opened the boot and notice the carpet that lines the inside of the vehicle was hanging. i tried to put it back then i noticed a cable was also sticking out. when i looked further i noticed my rear left light was moving. so basically what happened is the person that was replacing the back park light did not put everything back in its place. it was a rushed job and im not happy. no i have to be inconvenienced because the car needs to go back. i work in randburg and work 8-5 so its going to be difficult. i am livid and shocked at the service i received. i was also checking my service book to check when my last service is and that book doesnt belong to me. What is going on at Soweto VW?</p>
