Shocking Service

On the 31st October 2015, I took delivery of a 2012 POLO 1.2TDI from the above mentioned dealership. Within 4 days, the vehicle's Diesel Particulate Filter light came on, it's supposed regenerate (cleam) itself after a 15/20 minute drive this was not the case. Sent the vehicle back to the dealer, they did something to make light go off. A week or so later, the light came on again, didn't regenerate itself and I sent it back again. I was advised that a sensor needed to be replaced , I was on my way after 2 days. Car was fine for nearly 3 weeks, DPF light went on again , didn't regenerate itself and I was IRATE. Sent it back for the third time, they cleared the error . A day later the light went on again. I am now highly ****ed off as nobody at this dealership is taking me seriously! Shocking to say the least!
