SHOCKING

It appears when you try to book your vehicle in for a service, they don't care about you. When you call them, they say someone will contact you back. (This Never happens) The previous time i booked in my VW at Constantia, I waited 3 hours for them to contact me back whereby i phoned back and asked if they want to assist me as the service is pathetic. I was immediately helped. So it appears that they want you to complain first or simply \DO NOT CARE"Today"
