**** Service of Volkswagen and its dealerships( McCarthy Constantia)

Following my review dated 23 March 2018 - Title " Volkswagen & McCarthy Vw **** service",

I am yet to have a straight or definite date as to when I can get my car back. I had agreed to pay R37 k(25% of the total goodwill) towards the repairs of my car. This was paid in full before repairs commenced.

On the 14 Mar 2018, I received an email to say that the car broke down again whilst being tested after the engine was assembled.

It is for this very reason I want my money back, because

- The car broke down initially(05 Dec 2017)after coming back from service at 75 000km. - The car broke down again on 13 March 2018 after being assemble by the same VW mechanics"supposed to be experts"

It is clearly the incompetence and lack of understanding of high performance engines of Glf 7r's ,of VW mechanics.

It has been a cost from the first day (05 Dec 2018), from car hire to finance, to repairs, all carried by the customer, as fashionably VW does not take responsibility or liability. A cost amounting to around R 110 k.

What a ****ed up experience and **** service !!! leaves a bad taste to say the least,
