Sharks at Claremont Audi and VW

If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars at all....in fact....stars in the minus...they have cost us thousands of rand and we are still sitting with a broken yet according to them, working car. We bought the 2011 Audi from VW Claremont as we thought they were reputable but we had the wool pulled over our eyes and we bought a dud..after taking the car back to them for repairs ( which took roughly 2 months) we were told that the car was in perfect condition. We took the car back as it still felt powerless and the gears were sticking ( its an automatic), but were told that there was nothing wrong and that was just how the car was. My husband thought that he was imagining that the car should have more power and that the gears should change smoothly but anyway, when the car was due for it's service, he took it to Audi claremont who ran diagnostic tests and came back with a list of things wrong with it. R85 000 later, the car is worse....he put in 2 pints of oil two days after getting it back, the passenger door won't unlock and its as bad as it was to start. We have almost divorced over the damn car as I told him to get rid of it but he had faith in the Audi name. What a frustrating, devastating situation. I just hope that others will read my warning and stay away from those companies, or at least, be extremely careful when dealing with them.
