I serviced my car at hatfield vw and everytime when I collected the vehicle back home I noticed the noise on the front of the car was still there although I told the service consultant names yunus about it , he then told me that its the clutch and in the next service he will do it and when it was done the noise was still there so I then called him and he said that my car is a problem to him and he cant help me so then the conversation when on as I was frustrated with the service and he then told me am a \ A HOLE "and therefore he f*ed my car up and there was a whole lot of vulgarity from him. Am really disappointed on the fact that such a well established company like VW employ such arrogant people to work in they organisation. """
