Service without a booking

I called Volkswagen Notthcliff at 10:30 this morning asking if I could bring my car in just for someone to check the wheel alignment, not only did they squeeze by car in to be fixed today but it was done by 16:40. I was absolutely shocked at the amazing service by Denise keeping me updated and for it being done so quickly. Northcliff has really made a massive turn around with customer service. Wow!
