Service Shock

I took my car in for a routine service after i booked for a it and waited for a week to hand in over to be serviced. I droped my car in the morning around 7:30am and i was told that i will recieve a call from a service consultant. Later that day around 4:30pm i recieved a call that my car has been serviced and its ready for collection and i was happy that my car was serviced. came home and parked my car, the following day i wake up as usual preparing to go to work i found that the is water and oil where i parked my car i didnt take it serious after about 2km away from home the car started overheating and needed water, i went straight to the garage and i was told that i should wait for another 5 days for it to be checked as the garage is fully booked, I insisted on the car to be checked and i was told that a water pump, radiator and petrol pump and thermo start are faulty and need to be replaced,,, Ok here come the shocking news I was told that my car went out of motor plan and warranty the day i brought in my car for service and i must pay R25 000

Simple question that i asked is that i brought my car in for service in a well state and only needed routine maintenance but minutes after leaving the garage my car gave me huge problems i never expirienced.

Million Dollar question is that Did they damage my car deliberately knowing very well that my warranty and motor plan ends the same day they serviced my car?

Rustenburg VW is disappointing when it comes to their service.

Regards

Stanley Mosoane
