Service not rendered

I bought a T5 kombi in 2014 and when sent it for service. I did explain to the person who booked my vehicle that the is a oil leakage in engine and there is a diesel smell from the vehicle.After service I was promised that all is sorted. I am still experiencing the same problem. I also took the extended warranty with Mccarthy but I am scared since well I have read one of their client email complaining about Mccarthy extended warranty. I am asking myself if I will be assisted with my problems and the current one whereby the vehicle is vibrating when driving at a 140km p/h,Radio damaging CDs when playing. My vehicle has not even reached 120000km Your assistance will highly appreciated in this regard.
