Service Booking

I confirmed a booking for my vehicle but when i arrived at the branch, they advised they had no booking for my vehicle and they were full for the day. They see the booking line but do not see any confirmation date i.e. someone never completed the booking after confirming the details with me via the phone. What a waste of time, i will definitely not go back there nor advise anyone else to use that branch.
