service at VW Constantia Kloof , appalling , Headlights were swapped or ******

My Car was booked in at VW Constantia kloof on the 12/04/2018 for coding a new spare key and service.The car was at VW premises obviously until the payment is done for the key. The payment was done on 25/04/2018 and the key was again misplaced when I was supposed to collect the car on the 17/05/2018 then decided to collect the car on the 18/05/2018 before I go to work , when the collection of the car was done we noticed that the headlights of my car where swapped or ****** because it was done out of my consent and VW Constantia Kloof failed to view footage for me on the 19/05/2018 when I approached them about the issue and according to my understanding the premises has video cameras for the safety of our cars and it's the standard procedure for a huge company like VW to have cameras within their premises when their technicians are working on cars, I refused to take the car back and they said to me we have to wait for footage and I have to give them proof of how pr what type of headlights my car had before it was brought into their premises. It's shocking to know that our cars are not safe from this dealership and for the fact that car parts are ****** when we are trying to service our cars from them, I mean a lot could have have been swapped or ****** from the car other than the headlights, parts from the engine etc.I'm still waiting for VW to get back to me about the matter and this is really draining as I was using the vehicle for personal use to get to work and now I have to use public transport because of VW Constantia negligence, I'm currently seeking legal assistance about the matter and that's at my cost. Apparently such a big VW dealership does not have full Footage of the car when it was brought into their premises and they claim they only have the side view of my vehicle" how convenient" So this means their footage does not capture any vehicle entering their premises from a front angle view, Meaning they don't see the registration number of any car driving or towed into their premises.
