<p>VW Mcarthy gezina is one **** company. I initially bought Figo with them however it had mechanica fault and they then sold me VW UP! </p> <p> </p> <p>I was charged for car registration in our contract but in the end i had to pay for it from my own pocket and was told a refund will be processed. Every 3days im being told it processed the manager by the name of ********** keeps on running away from my calls and sms. He doesn even have customer s****s. </p> <p>I had to fight with them for my car service i've never got any joy with that branch considering im a first time buyer. I waste my time n money trying to resolve this matter and they seem not to care.</p> <p>For such a big brand you call n be promised things when you want to retrieve recordings their calls are not recorded. That is bull**** because they know they just bull**** clients.</p> <p>My next step is ombudsman.</p>
