Lindsay Sakers Krugersdorp refused to fix the car brakes and not willing to provide a letter. Motor plan does not cater for this. My wife drove the car in town short distances and explained that she didn't notice anything wrong with the brakes and then suddenly the brakes end up not in a very good condition. The car went for a service 60000 and rest assured these were not attended too at all, my assumption is that VW didn't look at it or assume that the brakes will still last until the next service. The kilometres on the speedometer is almost 70000km.
