See me no more at Mcdulings Booysen for car service

<p>The first people to upset me to the core this year are Mcdulings VW. On the 5th Jan i took in my car for a service. Fast foward to the 7th Of March my car signals my wife that oild levels are low, th eoil is dirty. It imediately prompts me that there was no oil change done as this doesnt make any sense to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I imediately queried this with VW Alert which then towed my car to Hatfiled VW (As they were the nearest VW from Brooklyn). The case as logged with Customer Care, VW Mcdulings claim that since the job card states that there was an oil change, there is nothing they can do and they shouldnt be blamed. Well, the engine of the car says oil levels are low and the oil is dirty - They're telling me about the paper.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hatfield, as dedicated as they are (Dean) were willing to assist BUT unfortunately any task they would take out on that car would be costly to me. VW Mcdulings didnt even do a courtesy to call and find out what the issue is.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is my last VW car that I bought and am in the footsteps of changing it for a different company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Thabo Molatlhegi</p>
