Scratch marks on brand new VW

I bought a brand new Red T Roc from NTT Volkswagen Krugersdorp, in showroom with al the lights and excitement all seems 100%. After a day or two I notice fine scratch marks on the car, typical hand motions from a dirty cloth. This is my 5th VW car and see myself as a family member, but VW South Africa disappointed me with their feedback and assistance. Please check your car thoroughly before you leave the showroom, VW won't support you
