Rudest Branch Ever!!!

Hello,<br> <br> If you are in the Witbank area and want anything to do with Volkswagen, rather go to the Middelburg branch.<br> I phoned and got an arrogant sales person that first I can't hear at all, then he said he can't get the book value of my car and he won't help my after I asked him for a better telephone line number. He dropped the phone in my ear. Called the reception again and was \Transferred\", the line dropped, called back and hold on for over 2 min and gave up.<br> <br> Called the Middelburg branch, within 10 sec they answered and put me through to a sales person, 2 min later I had my enquiries sorted and felt if I was helped with respect and in a professional manner.<br> <br> I recommend not to do business with the Witbank branch as this is not my first encounter with them where they rudely assist you!"
