Rude principal, no manners. No sorry my mistake

I want to lay a complaint against the principal at wonderboom Mccarthy.<br> He is rude and not any help at all.I serviced my car there on Saturday. Afterwords they notified me that this will be the last service. I questioned that as my contract shows that i have a service plan till 120 000 km. He pulled a file on the wrong car and told me that i did not pay for a service plan. I whent back to their finance department and pulled a copy of my purchase. That stated the service plan is active. He realised that he pulled the wrong file. Not even a sorry my mistake from him. I was ready to kill someone, thats how mad I was. He is rude, and no help to me. When I bought the car,I told him my back speakers is broken and that I thought they would atleast put new tires on the vehicle. His response was that he can not help me I must go through the warranty. I'm done with Wonderboom. Will find another dealer to service my vehicle
