Rude collection agent from Volkswagen

I have been a loyal customer at Volkswagen form many years. I recently lost my job and have been behind with my car payment but have paid 80% of the required amount but my account is in arrears. I get a call from VW collections agent gave me an ultimatum to pay 80% or the arrear amount or surrender the care. I begged the lady to reduce the amount and she blatantly told me they can’t. Spoke to another boss at Volkswagen who said I can raise 50% then make arrangements to pay the remainder this agent from hell Lerato Motaung who is a specialized collections agent was not only rude and unsympathetic but **** to me and made my life a living hell. I want that women to answer to me why she did not tell me the whole truth so that I could make an informed decision instead she wanted my car to be confiscated from me? For what?
