Rude armand

i called Vw Brynston to find out when a factory warranty expires on a car i was put through to someone by the name of Armand who gave me the wrong information firstly then when i need more clarity on the plan that is on the car he dropped the cal in my ear i tried calling back he did not take my call poor customer service.......
