Rude and swearing driver from CE Strydom park

There’s a driver with VW polo from Strydom Park in Gauteng, he was swearing at me earlier with a car that was clearly marked at around 13:30pm to 13:40pm he seems to be ok lunch or maybe agitated using company car to do his errands
