******* service and attitude from staff

VW Klerksdorp service is SHOCKING. I phoned them 2 days ago to make a booking for my service and after being put on hold for 10 min I was told that someone would phone me back because everyone is busy. After waiting the whole day I had to call them back because no one bothered to call me back. After finally getting through to someone, I made an appointment and specifically requested that my car be booked in early because I would like to wait for it. The guy told me it was not an issue, he would arrange for my car to be serviced 1st on condition that I arrive at 07:15. I made sure I get to VW at 07:00 and when I get there are 4 cars in front of me. While in the queue another queue is started parallel to mine. By the time I was assisted 10 cars had gone in before. I did not think that this would be an issue as I was SPECIFICALLY told that my car would be serviced 1st. When I asked the lady assisting me how long it would take, I am told that it will be a while as there are ten cars ahead of me. With an attitude and condescending tone I was told that its 1st come 1st serve and I would just have to wait. This is simply unacceptable. I am done with VW Klerksdorp.
