Robbing Clients and Arrogance from Lindsay Saker Midrand VW

Day light ******* by Lindsay Saker Midrand VW, I ordered and bought a car from the dealer which I paid for on 21 October 2021 and I was told that my car will come in the first or second week of December 2021 for festive season use.

The car didn't arrive as promised in December 2021, by that time i have already sold my old car and used the money in the purchase of the new car and I was carless. I asked VW to borrow me any car so i can use it for festive travels and they refused.

The car ordered eventually arrived and I was told about its arrival on 6 January 2022. Then when I went to collect the car, I was told that I must pay R30 000 more to collect the car because of Jan 2022 price increase. I argued that the Jan 2021 increase is not my problem because my car should have been delivered to me in December 2021 and the money I paid is sufficient for the car given the date i should have received the car.

I have been delayed in receiving a car, didn't have a car to use in December after VW refused to borrow me any car and now VW say I must pay more for the car they failed to deliver in time. How unfair is that to me.

The arrogance from VW is too bad that they told me they have lots of customers who are even willing to pay R50 000 more for my car and I can go to hell.
