I took my car in for repairs late last year to Volkswagen Hatfield, after having it checked I was told the coolant bottle was leaking due the car overheating. My Hollard motor extender policy paid close to R3000.00 and I had to pay an additional R1060.00. Last week Thursday(18 Feb 2016) I was told by a petrol attended the my car was too hot, he then checked if my fan was running, to my surprise the fan was not running....again even after I had taken the car in to get it fixed. I called Volkswagen Hatfield to report the matter urgent as it may be, but of course they couldn't care less, i was told \mam we can only help you on Tuesday 23 February 2016\". Perhaps its high time Volkswagen left the country cause they selling us lip service more than the actual work and parts."
