Request of refund of money

Error payment amount of R3000 was made towards VW financial services.

It is almost a month while we requested VW FS to refund back the money they refusing to do so.

I have sent a lot of emails to the following people 1. Abraham Yoland ,2. Goddard, Tracy 3. Marquis Noel. They requested bank statement, deposit slip to proof that the money was paid to their account all this information has been sent to them. Yet they are refusing to refund back our money. We have no business with VWSA and we are a small company we acknowledged error was on our site yet VWFS they refusing to refund our money!
