Reported in Warranty noise could only be found out of warranty

I have bought a VW Polo 1.2 Bluemotion in 2013. The vehicle was services every 15 000km at Tavcor William Moffet and every time it was taken in, I complaint about n noise in the left front. This was written down on the jobcards. After each service I was informed that, it was nothing and they cannot find anything wrong.

On the 4/09/2017 I took my vehicle in for the first out of warranty service. Again complaining about the noise. Now all of a sudden they know exactly what is wrong and it will cost me a R1043.10.

I complaint about it and said it should be fixed under warranty. A very arrogant and rude lady phoned and said they will look into it, but it was my responsibility to see that all the in warranty service was done (I missed the mechanical course that came with the car)

I wrote a complaint on their website and was phoned by Daniel (Workshop Manager) who said they can fix it for R680.00. I asked him why it was not fixed when I complaint about it, and he confirmed that it is written on the job card, I told him it is not exceptable to me. I have complaint about this on numerous occasions and they have written is down, now I have to pay for a in warranty defect.

Daniel said that they have "slipped up", and that is the best that they can do. I am not prepared to pay for their "slip-ups"

Also according to the service record and info supp**** by the workshop people, the brake fluid was supposed to be changed after 3 years. Why was it only done after 4 years, again when the vehicle is out of warranty.

I send Tavcor a email via their website again on 31 October 2017 but have not heard anything from them.

What I cannot understand is that a multi-milljion company can have such poor customer service. They could have fixed my car without blinking a eye or missing a target.
