Repairs to vehicle not done

I had sent my vehicle to Midbay Motors in Richards Bay on Monday the 23 November 2015 for a diagnosis as my car is shaking when hitting the brakes. I then requested that a service to be done on the vehicle after this has been fixed. I also had requested them to check the boot lock as it was broken and the boot is not working. The service consultant then phoned to tell me that a diagnosis for the shaking has been done and it would amount to approx. R6800 including the service, he then adviced that a charge of approx. R800 will be charged for the diagnosis of the boot lock. I then told him that the cover of the boot had been removed so that they can see that the lock has been broken and just needs to be replaced. I declined the diagnosis of the boot lock. I was assured that the shaking of the vehicle had been addressed and won't happen again. The bottle for the water of the windscreen is leaking and this was not picked during the service.I showed the service consultant while going to the car that it was leaking and it should have been picked up and I'd be notified but this was not done.<br> When driving off the car was still shaking and R6800 later, the problem had not been addressed.
