Repairs not done & personal goods ******

Booked my Golf 6 R on Wednesday morning for some repair work, and when it was time to pick up dealer had not done anything to the time and gave me some many stupid stories such as not enough time but meanwhile they couldn't do the correct tests. After that i left my good upon picking up the car which the saw, upon picking them up i was now told they can't find my goods/valuables worth lots of money.
